ISLAND TOURS FROM HOI AN AVAILABLE FOR TET

A travel company in Hoi An launched Tet holiday boat tours to Cu Lao Cham island Friday.

Waterway Transport Cooperative and Hoi An Tourism in the central province of Quang Nam will run 40-ton, 150-seat boats to the island through the Tet holiday.

The tour boats are the largest to ever visit the remote island.

The boats travel at an average speed of 40 km per hour and can run well in 6-7 force winds.

The tour boats will be supplemented with 10 motor boats.
